Liquid Agnosia (devlog 1)


i have no idea what i'm doing!

i was initially going to use gamemaker studio 2 for this game, but while researching how it works, each time i discovered a new function i wanted to implement it into the game and it made things way too complicated,  a game like that would take me at least a month to finish. and scream jam is getting closer so i decided to switch to renpy. this is my first time making a game like this after all so i want to keep it simple

i'll get things done much faster this way i think, and the art and music of the game were always going to be the most important part and those two will stay the same no matter what software i use!

what else...i'm doing a little bit of everything right now, programming, drawing, writing, but i'm having a hard time focusing (quarantine brain sucks). i just hope i can submit the game in time
